Lord Byron’s Apiary guarantees our honey is 100% pure raw honey.
Disclaimer on Raw Honey Appearance: It is normal and expected that raw honey crystallizes over time.
How to use and store Raw Honey: Raw honey is delicious it it’s liquid state or in it’s crystalized state used as a solid spread. To re-liquify place the jar in warm pan of water, heat around 110 F, Do not put honey in boiling water. Store in a warm area to help keep it in a liquid state. Do not refrigerate.
However, If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for replacement or refund.
- Our return policy is 30 days from date of purchase, accompanied by:
- Receipt or proof of purchase.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items shipped to back to Lord Byron’s Honey must be adequately packaged and undamaged to receive full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. Upon approval your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment

Return via UPS or USPS. Lord Byron’s Honey cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit. We advise you to obtain a tracking number.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
